2026-05-30 PM correction: The originally published V3 files for Privacy, AI Disclosure, and Accessibility were change-summary / diff documents, not full standalone replacements. Publication-ready full V3 documents are now available as V3-FULL-2026-05-30 files (linked below). The original V3 files have been retained for change-history reference and are listed in the “V3 Change-Log Documents” section.

Recent Changes (2026-05-30)

  • Accessibility Statement bumped to V3 — conformance target upgraded from WCAG 2.1 AA to WCAG 2.2 AA; added EN 301 549 / European Accessibility Act references.
  • AI Disclosure bumped to V3 — added Section 2.6 EGP Persona-Based AI Agents (canonical roster), Section 5.6 C2PA content provenance, Section 8.3 Colorado AI Act and EU AI Act references.
  • Privacy Policy bumped to V3 — added Sections 7.5-7.9 covering Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, Texas TDPSA, Oregon OCPA; clarified CCPA/CPRA Sale/Share opt-out with Global Privacy Control (GPC) recognition; added SPI right-to-limit.
  • Terms of Service V2 — no V3 yet; recommended action: merge the 2026-05-28 Use-Adherence Patch into a future V3 TOS.
  • Cancellation Policy V2 — no material change identified; left at V2.0.
  • Processing Fee Policy — no material change identified; left at V1.0.
  • Master ToC — rewritten with left-rail navigation, V3-primary / V2-archived structure, and Recent Changes block.

TOS Use-Adherence Patch (Sidecar)

Status: SIDECAR — NOT YET MERGED into TOS V2.

The EGP-TOS-V2-USE-ADHERENCE-PATCH-2026-05-28 document was authored in response to the Adorn Body and Spa Studio counterparty challenge (May 2026). It contains supplemental browsewrap/clickwrap consent language, an irrevocable acknowledgment clause, and counter-arguments to typical "we never signed anything" defenses.

The patch currently lives alongside TOS V2.0; it has not been merged into the body of TOS V2.0 and TOS V3 has not yet been issued. Recommended next step: Marc to authorize a TOS V3 that merges this patch as a new Section 1.1 (Acceptance by Use) and bumps the document to V3.0 effective 2026-06-XX.
