1. Overview
EnRoute Growth Platform ("EGP") uses artificial intelligence ("AI") and machine learning technologies in the delivery of its products and services. This AI Disclosure explains how EGP uses AI, the types of AI systems employed, the limitations of AI-generated outputs, and your rights regarding AI-processed data.
This Disclosure is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to all EGP products and services.
2. How EGP Uses AI
2.1 AI-Generated Content
EGP uses AI systems to assist in the creation and optimization of digital content, including:

All AI-generated content is reviewed and approved by qualified human professionals before publication on behalf of clients, unless the client has opted into fully automated content workflows.
2.2 AI Search Optimization
EGP uses AI to analyze, optimize, and improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms and traditional search engines, including:
- Analyzing how AI search platforms interpret and present business information
- Optimizing structured data and content for AI citation and recommendation
- Monitoring brand mentions and citations in AI-generated search results
- Generating insights and recommendations based on AI search performance data
EGP does not control the algorithms, ranking factors, or output of third-party AI search platforms. Search visibility results are influenced by numerous factors outside EGP's control.
2.3 AI Voice Agents
EGP VoiceBoost and related services use AI-powered voice technology for automated phone answering and call routing, conversational AI for customer inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmation, and after-hours customer engagement.
When AI voice agents are used, callers are informed at the beginning of the interaction that they are speaking with an AI-powered assistant. Callers may request to speak with a human representative at any time.
2.4 AI Document Analysis
EGP uses AI to analyze documents, contracts, and business records for content extraction and summarization, compliance checking and risk identification, data categorization and organization, and pattern recognition and insights generation.
2.5 AI-Powered Automation
EGP uses AI in automated workflows and business processes, including customer communication routing and prioritization, lead scoring and qualification, review response generation, reporting and analytics, and anomaly and fraud detection.
3. Types of AI Systems
3.1 Large Language Models (LLMs)
EGP integrates large language models for natural language processing, content generation, and conversational AI. These models are provided by third-party AI providers and are used under commercial licenses.
3.2 Machine Learning Models
EGP uses machine learning models for data analysis, pattern recognition, predictive analytics, and optimization tasks.
3.3 Natural Language Processing (NLP)

4.1 No Third-Party Model Training
EGP does not use client data, client content, or personal information to train, retrain, fine-tune, or otherwise improve third-party AI models. Your data is not shared with AI model providers for model improvement purposes.
4.2 Service Delivery Only
Client data processed through AI systems is used solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services. AI processing is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
4.3 Aggregated and Anonymized Data
EGP may use aggregated, anonymized data (from which no individual or business can be identified) to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of its services, including AI-powered features.
5. Limitations and Disclaimers
5.1 Accuracy
AI-generated content and outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or biased information. AI systems are not infallible and should not be treated as authoritative sources. EGP recommends that all AI-generated outputs be reviewed by qualified human professionals before use, publication, or reliance.
5.2 No Professional Advice
AI-generated outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, tax advice, or investment advice. AI outputs should not be used as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals.
5.3 No Guaranteed Results
EGP does not guarantee any specific outcomes from AI-powered services, including search engine rankings, AI search platform citations, customer engagement or conversion rates, revenue or business growth, or content performance metrics. Results depend on numerous factors outside EGP's control.
5.4 Evolving Technology
AI technology is rapidly evolving. The capabilities, limitations, and behavior of AI systems may change over time. EGP will update this Disclosure as our use of AI evolves.
5.5 Third-Party AI Platforms
EGP's AI search optimization services analyze and optimize for third-party AI platforms. EGP does not control, operate, or have any affiliation with these third-party platforms.
6. Liability
6.1 Limitation
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EGP IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM: ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR OUTPUTS; RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WITHOUT INDEPENDENT HUMAN VERIFICATION; DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR PREDICTIONS; ACTIONS TAKEN BY AI VOICE AGENTS OR AUTOMATED SYSTEMS; CHANGES TO THIRD-PARTY AI PLATFORM ALGORITHMS OR POLICIES THAT AFFECT SERVICE OUTCOMES; OR TEMPORARY UNAVAILABILITY OF AI-POWERED FEATURES DUE TO THIRD-PARTY SERVICE DISRUPTIONS.
6.2 Client Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publication or distribution
- Ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Providing accurate and complete input data for AI processing
- Disclosing to your own customers and stakeholders when AI-generated content is used, where required by law
- Obtaining any necessary consents for AI processing of personal data
7. Transparency and Human Oversight
7.1 Human Review
EGP maintains human oversight of AI-powered processes. Qualified team members review AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and compliance before client delivery, except where clients have opted into fully automated workflows.
7.2 Right to Human Review
You have the right to request human review of any AI-generated output or automated decision made in connection with your account. Contact support@enroutegrowthplatform.com to request human review.
7.3 Opt-Out
For certain services, you may opt out of AI-powered features and request that services be delivered through manual processes. Manual service delivery may take longer and may be subject to different pricing. Contact your account representative or support@enroutegrowthplatform.com to discuss opt-out options.
8. Compliance
8.1 Regulatory Framework
EGP's use of AI complies with applicable laws and regulations, including:
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on AI disclosures and marketing claims
- State-level AI transparency laws (including Virginia, California, and other applicable jurisdictions)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements for automated decision-making (Article 22)
- Emerging AI-specific regulations as they become effective

EGP follows industry best practices for responsible AI use, including transparency about when and how AI is used, human oversight of AI-powered processes, regular monitoring for bias and errors, and clear communication about AI limitations.
