Processing Fee Policy
1. Payment Processing Fees
EnRoute Growth Platform ("EGP") assesses the following fees in connection with payment processing. These fees are disclosed on each invoice as separate line items and are incorporated into all service agreements by reference.
2. Fee Schedule by Payment Method
2.1 Credit and Debit Card Payments
A processing fee of 3.5% of the pre-tax invoice subtotal is applied to all payments made by credit card or debit card. This fee covers third-party card network and payment processor costs and is displayed as a separate line item on each invoice.
2.2 ACH Transfers
No processing fee is assessed on payments made by ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfer.
2.3 Wire Transfers
A flat incoming wire fee of $35.00 is assessed per wire transfer transaction. No percentage-based processing fee applies to wire transfer payments.
2.4 Returned Payments
A return fee of $50.00 is assessed on all returned ACH transactions and returned wire transfers, regardless of the reason for the return. This fee covers administrative costs associated with payment reconciliation and reprocessing.

3. Application
3.1 Scope
The fees described in Section 2 apply to all EGP invoices, including:
- All recurring subscription invoices
- One-time service invoices
- Setup and onboarding fees
- Professional services invoices
- Add-on and upgrade charges
- Overage and usage-based charges

4. Non-Refundable
All payment processing fees, card processing fees, wire fees, and return fees are non-refundable. If EGP issues a refund for a subscription or service charge, any processing fees, wire fees, or return fees associated with that transaction are not included in the refund.
5. Legal Basis
These fees are disclosed in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations governing payment processing surcharges. EGP complies with all applicable card network rules and regulations regarding the assessment of surcharges and convenience fees.
Where state law prohibits or limits surcharges on credit or debit card transactions, EGP adjusts its fee structure to comply with applicable law while maintaining equivalent pricing through other permitted mechanisms.
6. Invoice Disclosure
Every EGP invoice includes the following disclosure:
"Payment processing fees vary by method: credit/debit card transactions include a 3.5% processing fee; ACH transfers incur no processing fee; wire transfers include a $35 incoming wire fee. A $50 return fee applies to all returned ACH transactions and wire transfers. See our Processing Fee Policy for complete details."
This disclosure appears in the invoice footer and in the payment terms section.
