Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation, termination, and refund terms for all EnRoute Growth Platform ("EGP") products and services. This Policy is part of and subject to the EGP Terms of Service.
2. Billing Cycle and Payment
2.1 Billing Day 25
All recurring subscription payments are processed on the 25th of each month ("Billing Day 25"). Your initial billing date may be prorated to align with this cycle.
2.2 Payment Processing Fees
Payment processing fees vary by payment method: a 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions; ACH transfers incur no processing fee; wire transfers include a $35.00 incoming wire fee per transaction. A $50.00 return fee is assessed on all returned ACH transactions and returned wire transfers. See our Processing Fee Policy for complete details.
2.3 Account Freeze
If payment is not received by Billing Day 25, your account is subject to automatic service freeze on Day 26 of the month. During a freeze:
- Access to the platform and all active Services is suspended
- Automated workflows, campaigns, and scheduled tasks are paused
- Data is retained but inaccessible until payment is received
- Reactivation requires full payment of outstanding balance plus any applicable late fees
3. Cancellation Procedures
3.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:
- Account Settings: Navigate to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@enroutegrowthplatform.com
- Phone: Call +1.866.891.2779 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern)
Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days. You will receive written confirmation of your cancellation via email.
3.2 Effective Date
Upon cancellation:
- Access to the Services continues through the end of the current billing cycle (through the next Billing Day 25)
- No further charges will be applied after the current cycle ends
- Automated processes and campaigns will cease at the end of the billing cycle
3.3 Minimum Commitment Periods
Certain products and service agreements include minimum commitment periods. If your agreement includes a minimum commitment:
- Cancellation before the end of the commitment period does not relieve you of your payment obligation for the remaining term
- Early termination fees may apply as specified in your service agreement
- Contact support@enroutegrowthplatform.com to discuss options if you need to terminate early
4. Refund Policy
4.1 General Rule
All subscription fees, transaction fees, and processing fees are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments apply to partially used billing cycles, early cancellations within a billing cycle, or unused features or services.
4.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at EGP's sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Service Outage: Extended, unplanned service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, verified by EGP's monitoring systems
- Billing Error: Documented billing errors resulting in overcharges, reported within 60 days
- Legal Requirement: Where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law
4.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. All payment processing fees, wire fees, and return fees are non-refundable, even when a subscription fee refund is issued.
5. Product-Specific Terms
5.1 EGP MapBoost, PRBoost, AIBoost, RepBoost
- Standard monthly subscription with Billing Day 25
- No minimum commitment unless specified in your service agreement
- Campaign data and reports remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation
5.2 EGP VoiceBoost
- Monthly subscription with per-minute usage charges
- Unused minutes do not roll over between billing cycles
- Active phone numbers are released 7 days after cancellation
- Port-out requests must be submitted before cancellation to retain phone numbers
5.3 EGP ContentBoost and AutoBoost
- Monthly subscription with usage-based components
- Unused credits or allocations do not roll over
- Automated workflows are deactivated at end of billing cycle
5.4 EGP CRM Platform
- Monthly subscription with user-based pricing
- Data export must be requested before cancellation (see Section 6)
- Integrations and automations are deactivated upon cancellation
5.5 Professional Services Engagements
- Professional services (consulting, strategy, implementation) are governed by the specific statement of work or engagement letter
- Cancellation of professional services follows the terms in the applicable engagement agreement
- Work completed prior to cancellation is billable regardless of cancellation
6. Data After Cancellation
6.1 Data Retention
Upon cancellation, EGP retains your account data for 90 days to facilitate potential reactivation or data export. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.
6.2 Data Export
You may request a data export at any time before or within 90 days after cancellation. Data is provided in commonly used, machine-readable formats (JSON or CSV). Data export requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
6.3 Account Credits
Any remaining account credits, prepaid balances, or wallet funds must be requested within 30 days of cancellation. Remaining credits not requested within 30 days are forfeited. Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
7. Suspension and Termination by EGP
7.1 Grounds for Suspension
EGP may suspend your account without notice for breach of the Terms of Service, fraudulent or abusive activity, non-payment of fees, or activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Services.
7.2 Grounds for Termination
EGP may terminate your account for repeated or material breach of the Terms of Service, continued non-payment after notice, inactivity exceeding 12 months (with 30 days prior notice), or court order or regulatory requirement.
7.3 Effect of Termination by EGP
If EGP terminates your account, you will receive written notice of termination and the reason. Previously paid fees are non-refundable except where termination results from an EGP error or as required by law. You will have 30 days to request data export before permanent deletion.
8. Modifications to This Policy
EGP may update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding cancellation, billing, or refunds are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, including mandatory arbitration and class action waiver. Before initiating formal dispute resolution, we encourage you to contact our support team.
