This AI Disclosure explains how EGP uses AI, the categories of AI systems employed, the limitations of AI-generated outputs, your rights regarding AI-processed data, and EGP's regulatory compliance posture.

This Disclosure is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to all EGP products and services, including EGP MapBoost, EGP PRBoost, EGP AIBoost, EGP RepBoost, EGP VoiceBoost, EGP AutoBoost, EGP ContentBoost, EGP ComplianceGuard, EGP LegalBoost, EGP CRM, and EGP ORCA.

2. How EGP Uses AI

2.1 AI-Generated Content

EGP uses AI systems to assist in the creation and optimization of digital content, including:

All AI-generated content is reviewed and approved by qualified human professionals before publication on behalf of clients, unless the client has expressly opted into fully automated content workflows.

2.2 AI Search Optimization

EGP uses AI to analyze, optimize, and improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms and traditional search engines, including:

EGP does not control the algorithms, ranking factors, or output of third-party AI search platforms. Search visibility results are influenced by numerous factors outside EGP's control.

2.3 AI Voice Agents

EGP VoiceBoost and related services use AI-powered voice technology for:

When AI voice agents are used, callers are informed at the beginning of the interaction that they are speaking with an AI-powered assistant. Callers may request to speak with a human representative at any time.

2.4 AI Document Analysis

EGP uses AI to analyze documents, contracts, and business records for:

2.5 AI-Powered Automation

EGP uses AI in automated workflows and business processes, including:

2.6 EGP Multi-Agent Architecture (NEW V3)

EGP operates a multi-agent system in which specialized AI agents perform discrete operational roles under human supervision. Each agent is built on third-party foundation models (primarily large language models licensed from established AI providers) or on EGP-hosted local language models, and operates within a defined scope, decision boundary, and audit trail. EGP groups its agents into the following functional categories:

CategoryFunction
Knowledge Catalog and SchemaMaintains the canonical taxonomy, schema, and registries that ground all downstream agent reasoning.
Content GenerationDrafts and reviews written, visual, and structured-data deliverables for client publication.
Sales Pipeline EnrichmentPerforms research, firmographic enrichment, decision-maker identification, and outreach drafting.
Process Improvement and Quality AdversarySurfaces risks, challenges assumptions, and audits outputs against quality and compliance criteria.
Local Large Language Model TiersEGP-hosted small, medium, and large local language models used for data-sensitive or offline processing where third-party hosting is not appropriate.
Platform and Execution SpecialistsOperates publishing, scheduling, analytics, and integration platforms on behalf of EGP and its clients.

All material business decisions and final client-facing deliverables are reserved to authorized EGP human personnel. AI-generated outputs are attributed as such where required by law or by client contract.

Disclosure on Demand. Clients may, at any time, request (a) the functional category of any AI agent that contributed to a specific deliverable; (b) the foundation model class (e.g., large language model, machine-learning classifier, speech model) underlying that contribution; and (c) the identity of the supervising EGP human personnel. EGP will respond to such requests within ten (10) business days. Specific persona names, internal personnel assignments, and proprietary substrate-model selections are EGP confidential information and are disclosed only under a signed nondisclosure agreement (NDA) where operationally required.

3. Categories of AI Systems

EGP uses the following categories of AI technology:

3.1 Large Language Models (LLMs)

EGP integrates large language models for natural language processing, content generation, and conversational AI. These models are provided by third-party AI providers under commercial licenses, or are hosted locally by EGP for data-sensitive workloads.

3.2 Machine Learning Models

EGP uses machine learning models for data analysis, pattern recognition, predictive analytics, and optimization tasks.

3.3 Natural Language Processing (NLP)

EGP uses NLP technology for text analysis, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and language understanding.

3.4 Computer Vision

Where applicable, EGP uses computer vision technology for image analysis, text extraction from images, and visual content optimization.

3.5 Speech and Audio Models

EGP uses speech recognition (automatic speech recognition, ASR) and speech synthesis (text-to-speech, TTS) models for voice agent and transcription services.

4. Data Usage and AI Training

4.1 No Third-Party Model Training

EGP does not use client data, client content, or personal information to train, retrain, fine-tune, or otherwise improve third-party AI models. Your data is not shared with AI model providers for model improvement purposes.

4.2 Service Delivery Only

Client data processed through AI systems is used solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted Services. AI processing is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

4.3 Aggregated and Anonymized Data

EGP may use aggregated, anonymized data (from which no individual or business can be identified) to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of its Services, including AI-powered features.

5. Limitations and Disclaimers

5.1 Accuracy

AI-generated content and outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or biased information. AI systems are not infallible and should not be treated as authoritative sources. EGP recommends that all AI-generated outputs be reviewed by qualified human professionals before use, publication, or reliance.

5.2 No Professional Advice

AI-generated outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, tax advice, or investment advice. AI outputs should not be used as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals.

5.3 No Guaranteed Results

EGP does not guarantee any specific outcomes from AI-powered services, including:

Results from AI-powered services depend on numerous factors outside EGP's control, including third-party platform algorithms, market conditions, competitor activity, and the quality of input data provided.

5.4 Evolving Technology

AI technology is rapidly evolving. The capabilities, limitations, and behavior of AI systems may change over time. EGP will update this Disclosure as our use of AI evolves and reviews this Disclosure at least annually.

5.5 Third-Party AI Platforms

EGP's AI search optimization services analyze and optimize for third-party AI platforms. EGP does not control, operate, or have any affiliation with these third-party platforms. Changes to third-party AI platform algorithms, policies, or availability may affect the results of EGP's services.

5.6 Generative AI Content Provenance (NEW V3)

Where supported by the originating model and the delivery channel, EGP applies Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA) content credentials or equivalent provenance signaling to AI-generated images, audio, and video assets. This enables downstream verification of synthetic origin consistent with emerging industry standards.
