EnRoute Growth Platform Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: May 30, 2026 Last Modified: May 30, 2026 Version: 3.0 (Full Publication-Ready) Supersedes: V2.0 (April 1, 2026)

1. Our Commitment

EnRoute Growth Platform ("EGP," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all individuals, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience across all of our websites, platforms, applications, and services by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA conformance level.

We believe that accessibility is not merely a compliance requirement but a fundamental aspect of delivering excellent service to all users.

2. Conformance Standards

2.1 WCAG 2.2 Level AA

EGP targets conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA (World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Recommendation, October 5, 2023), which addresses accessibility for users with the following disabilities:

WCAG 2.2 incorporates all prior WCAG 2.1 and 2.0 success criteria and adds the following new criteria at Level A and AA, which EGP digital properties target:

2.2 Section 508

For clients in the public sector, EGP supports compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, as updated by the U.S. Access Board (Revised 508 Standards aligned to WCAG 2.0 AA, with EGP voluntarily targeting the higher WCAG 2.2 AA bar).

2.3 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance

EGP's digital properties are designed to comply with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as applied to websites and digital services, consistent with the U.S. Department of Justice's (DOJ) April 2024 Title II final rule adopting WCAG 2.1 AA as the technical standard. EGP voluntarily targets the higher WCAG 2.2 AA bar.

2.4 EN 301 549 (European Harmonized Standard)

For European Economic Area (EEA) facing services, EGP targets harmonized European accessibility standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 or later, which incorporates WCAG 2.1 AA by reference and is the technical foundation for compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

2.5 European Accessibility Act (EAA) Compliance Commitment (NEW V3)

The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, the "EAA") became enforceable on June 28, 2025 and applies to specified products and services (including e-commerce services, banking, ticketing, transport information, and consumer-facing digital services) placed on the market or provided in the European Union on or after that date. EGP commits to:

EGP does not currently operate microenterprise-exempt offerings and does not invoke the EAA microenterprise exemption.
