EnRoute Growth Platform Accessibility Statement
V3 Change Summary
Version 3.0 upgrades the conformance target from WCAG 2.1 Level AA to WCAG 2.2 Level AA (W3C Recommendation, October 5, 2023). WCAG 2.2 adds nine new success criteria covering focus appearance, dragging movements, target size (minimum), consistent help, redundant entry, accessible authentication, and other improvements that EGP digital properties now target.
1. Our Commitment
EnRoute Growth Platform ("EGP") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all individuals, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience across all of our websites, platforms, applications, and services by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA conformance level.
We believe that accessibility is not merely a compliance requirement but a fundamental aspect of delivering excellent service to all users.
2. Conformance Standards
2.1 WCAG 2.2 Level AA
EGP targets conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA (W3C Recommendation, October 5, 2023), which addresses accessibility for users with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive/neurological disabilities. WCAG 2.2 incorporates all prior WCAG 2.1 and 2.0 success criteria and adds:
- 2.4.11 Focus Not Obscured (Minimum) (AA)
- 2.5.7 Dragging Movements (AA)
- 2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum) (AA)
- 3.2.6 Consistent Help (A)
- 3.3.7 Redundant Entry (A)
- 3.3.8 Accessible Authentication (Minimum) (AA)
2.2 Section 508
For public-sector clients, EGP supports compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, as updated by the U.S. Access Board (Revised 508 Standards aligned to WCAG 2.0 AA, with EGP voluntarily targeting the higher WCAG 2.2 AA bar).
2.3 ADA Compliance
EGP's digital properties are designed to comply with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, consistent with the U.S. Department of Justice's April 2024 Title II final rule adopting WCAG 2.1 AA as the technical standard (EGP voluntarily targets the higher WCAG 2.2 AA bar).
2.4 EN 301 549 (European Standard)
For EEA-facing services, EGP targets harmonized European accessibility standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 or later, the technical foundation for compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA, Directive (EU) 2019/882, enforceable June 28, 2025).
3. Accessibility Features
EGP platforms incorporate keyboard navigation, focus indicators (WCAG 2.2 SC 2.4.11), consistent help mechanisms (SC 3.2.6), color-contrast minimums (4.5:1 normal text, 3:1 large), 24x24 CSS pixel minimum target sizes (SC 2.5.8), drag alternatives (SC 2.5.7), redundant-entry avoidance (SC 3.3.7), accessible authentication without cognitive function tests (SC 3.3.8), animation-reduction controls, and an integrated accessibility widget.

Some content is provided by third-party services that may not yet be fully accessible. EGP actively works with partners to improve accessibility. Please contact us if you encounter inaccessible third-party content.
5. Known Limitations
