1. Our Commitment

EnRoute Growth Platform ("EGP") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all individuals, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience across all of our websites, platforms, applications, and services by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA conformance level.

We believe that accessibility is not merely a compliance requirement but a fundamental aspect of delivering excellent service to all users.

2. Conformance Standards

2.1 WCAG 2.1 Level AA

EGP targets conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which addresses accessibility for users with visual impairments, auditory impairments, motor impairments, and cognitive and neurological disabilities.

2.2 Section 508

For clients in the public sector, EGP supports compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which requires federal agencies to make electronic and information technology accessible to people with disabilities.

2.3 ADA Compliance

EGP's digital properties are designed to comply with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as applied to websites and digital services.

3. Accessibility Features

3.1 Navigation and Interaction

  • Full keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
  • Skip navigation links to bypass repetitive content
  • Clear focus indicators for keyboard and assistive technology users
  • Logical heading structure and landmark regions for screen reader navigation
  • Consistent navigation patterns across all pages

3.2 Visual Accessibility

  • Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Alternative text for all meaningful images and graphics
  • Content that does not rely solely on color to convey information
  • Adjustable contrast and color settings through our accessibility widget

3.3 Auditory Accessibility

  • Captions for pre-recorded video content
  • Transcripts for audio content
  • Visual alternatives for audio-based alerts and notifications

3.4 Motor Accessibility

  • Touch targets meeting minimum size requirements (44x44 pixels)
  • No time-dependent interactions without user control
  • Support for alternative input devices
  • Motion-based input alternatives available

3.5 Cognitive Accessibility

  • Clear, plain language in user interfaces
  • Consistent layout and predictable navigation
  • Error prevention and clear error messaging
  • Option to reduce or disable animations and motion effects
  • Adequate time allowances for completing tasks

3.6 Accessibility Widget

EGP integrates an accessibility widget that provides users with additional control over their experience, including screen reader optimization, keyboard navigation assistance, contrast and color adjustments, text size and spacing controls, focus indicator enhancement, and animation and motion reduction.

4. Third-Party Content

Some content on our platforms is provided by third-party services and may not yet be fully adapted to accessibility standards. EGP actively works with third-party partners to improve accessibility across all digital touchpoints. If you encounter inaccessible third-party content on our platform, please contact us so we can address the issue or provide an accessible alternative.

5. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are actively working to resolve them:

  • Some legacy PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are converting these to accessible formats on an ongoing basis.
  • Certain interactive data visualizations may have limited screen reader support. We provide alternative data tables where possible.
  • Some third-party embedded content may not meet our accessibility standards.

6. Accessibility Testing

6.1 Testing Methods

EGP conducts accessibility testing through automated accessibility scanning, manual testing with assistive technologies, user testing with individuals with disabilities (when applicable), and regular code reviews with accessibility criteria.

6.2 Testing Schedule

We conduct accessibility reviews during development of new features and pages, quarterly for existing content and functionality, and upon receipt of accessibility feedback or complaints.

7. Alternative Formats

If you need information in an alternative format, EGP can provide large print documents, screen reader-compatible documents, plain text versions, and audio descriptions (upon request). Please contact our accessibility team. We will fulfill requests within 10 business days.

Response Time: We will acknowledge your feedback within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

9. Enforcement and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice (Civil Rights Division) for ADA-related complaints, file a complaint with the U.S. Access Board for Section 508-related concerns, or contact your state's attorney general office for state-specific accessibility requirements.

10. Updates to This Statement

We review and update this Accessibility Statement annually, or more frequently as needed. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
